Roll it up

I have struggled with feeding my son since he has gotten out of the puree stage and into the finger food stage. He absolutely loves these so I thought I would share.

Take a slice of bread and use a rolling pin to roll it flat

Once bread is flat you can add the cheese (I just buy a block of mild cheddar and use that for a couple weeks ends up cheaper than buying slices).

I typically use turkey but any meat will work (Ham, shredded chicken etc)

Roll it up into the smallest tube you can.

Place into pan seam side down and let it cook on a low heat for about 2-3 minutes then flip for another 2-3 minutes. You really just want the cheese to melt.

Once the roll is cooked remove from pan and let sit for about a minute.

Slice it and then serve it.
